Insulating Glass

Insulating Glass

Insulating glass is a glazing system designed for thermal insulation and indoor comfort. Camglass offers double and multiple glazed, oversized and stepped unit options for façade and window systems.

Low-E and solar control coated glass helps limit heat loss and solar heat gain. With tempered and laminated glass options, safety and acoustic insulation requirements can also be met within the same unit.

Glass type, cavity width and dry air or argon filling are determined according to the target performance. Super Spacer® warm edge technology helps reduce heat transfer at the glass edge and the risk of condensation.

Unit dimensions and step details are configured according to the requirements of the façade and framing system.

Key Features

Thermal and Acoustic Insulation

Reduces heat loss and outside noise.

Condensation Control

Helps reduce the risk of fogging and condensation.

Flexible Combinations

Can be customised to your needs with different glass options.

Related Production Processes

Glass preparation: Cutting; edge processing, tempering, lamination, printing or painting depending on the selected glass type and details.

Unit assembly: Assembly of the panes with spacer, desiccant system and sealants; filling with the specified gas or dry air.
