Throughout our journey of more than 31 years, the most important values that have remained unchanged for us at Camglass have been quality production, reliable business partnerships and a people-oriented work culture.
Since the day we were founded, by continuously developing our know-how, our experience and our innovative perspective, we have become a strong brand on an international scale, preferred not only in Türkiye but also in different regions of the world, Europe above all. While our export-oriented approach to growth has carried us to an important position in our industry, our success in international markets has been one of the most significant indicators that we are on the right path.
At the point we have reached today, we have tripled our production capacity with the new investments we have made. These investments have not only increased our production strength; they have also demonstrated our belief in technology, in our human resources, in our quality standards and in the future.
For us, the true meaning of growth is not merely producing more. Growth means producing at higher quality, adding value to more people, exceeding our customers’ expectations and preparing for the future with greater strength.
We sum up this understanding in a single principle:

Today, with a strong and dynamic team of 400 people, we continue on our path as an organisation that manufactures to international standards.
