Digital Ceramic Printed Bent Glass

Digital Ceramic Printed Bent Glass

Digital ceramic printed bent glass enables the use of colour and pattern on curved architectural surfaces. With project-specific dimensions, radii and printing options, Camglass offers glass tailored to the architectural design.

Colours, motifs and images are transferred to the glass surface by digital printing. Pattern layout is determined by the form of the glass and its position in the project, while print density and open areas are determined by appearance and light transmittance requirements.

Made permanent by tempering, the ceramic print can be used in monolithic, laminated and insulating glass options. In laminated build-ups, compatibility between the printed surface and the interlayer is taken into account.

Key Features

Permanent Print

The print fused into the glass offers a long-lasting, scratch-resistant surface.

Unlimited Design

Colours, patterns, logos and images can be applied to suit each project.

Fast Production

The screen-free printing process enables faster, more flexible production.

Related Production Processes

Printing and heat treatment: After glass preparation, digital ceramic printing and bent tempering are applied.

Finishing options: Lamination or insulating glass assembly as required by the project. Drilling and CNC processing are completed before heat treatment.

Applications

Printed Façades

Curved Shopfronts

Building Entrances

Interior Partitions
