Lamination
On automatic and manual lamination lines at its Kıraç and Kırklareli facilities, Camglass produces flat and bent laminated glass. Interlayer options include standard and coloured PVB, acoustic PVB, EVA, Saflex DG41 and SentryGlas®.
The production method is determined by the form and dimensions of the glass and the selected interlayer. Surface compatibility is checked for tempered, printed and painted glass.

* The 4–19 mm thickness range refers to each glass layer used in lamination. The total thickness of the finished laminated glass is determined by the sum of the glass layers and interlayers. In autoclave production, the size limits of the lamination line and the autoclave are assessed together.
