Screen Printing
Screen printed glass is used in architectural applications where the same pattern is repeated. With dot, line and project-specific pattern options, Camglass ensures design consistency on façades and in interiors.
Colour, print density and pattern openness are determined according to the project’s visibility and light transmittance requirements. The ceramic-based print is permanently fused with the glass surface during tempering.
Available as monolithic, laminated and insulating glass. Solar control performance is assessed together with the print coverage, glass type and coatings.
Key Features
Sharp and Uniform Patterns
Creates consistent surfaces with repeatable print quality.
Light and Solar Control
Enhances visual comfort and contributes to solar control.
Permanent and Efficient Application
The enamel paint is permanently fused to the glass, offering long-lasting use.
Related Production Processes
Printing and heat treatment: Screen printing is applied to the glass after cutting and edge processing; the print is fixed through drying and tempering.
Finishing options: Lamination or insulating glass assembly as required by the project. Drilling and CNC processing are completed before tempering.
Applications
Façades
Glass Doors
Interior Applications
Glass Roofs and Canopies
Technical Details
